ColorFittings 1/8″ BSPT to 4AN Adapter Fittings (British Standard Pipe Taper) are precision-engineered to seamlessly convert 1/8″ BSPT ports to 4AN flare connections, these adapters deliver a secure, leak-free solution for fuel, oil, coolant, boost reference, and pressure sensor plumbing.
Each adapter is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with ColorFittings’ proprietary polishing and anodizing process for maximum strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. These fittings are designed to withstand high pressure and high temperature environments commonly found in racing, street performance, marine, and aviation applications.
Our 1/8″ BSPT to 4AN fittings feature precision-cut tapered BSPT threads for a tight mechanical seal (thread sealant recommended) and a true 37-degree AN flare seat for a proper, consistent seal when paired with ColorFittings products. Engineered for compatibility with E85, ethanol-based fuels, race fuels, pump gas, oil, coolant, and air systems, these adapters deliver dependable, leak-free performance in demanding fuel and fluid transfer applications. When combined with our nylon or stainless steel braided hose, they provide clean routing and professional-grade plumbing for compact fluid systems.
