ColorFittings ORB to NPT Plug Adapters are precision CNC-machined to securely seal unused NPT ports using an O-Ring Boss (ORB) connection. Designed with an ORB male end and NPT plug end, these adapters provide a clean, reliable solution for capping unused ports in fuel, oil, coolant, transmission, hydraulic, and air systems.
Manufactured from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with ColorFittings’ proprietary polishing and anodizing process, these adapters offer excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. The ORB side uses an O-ring for a reliable seal, while the tapered NPT threads provide a secure mechanical seal when installed with appropriate thread sealant.
